Our terms and conditions are very simple. You send us the requested documents in time and keep it respectful. Calling names and insults will not be tolerated.
The requested documents
In order to guarantee the authenticity of the reviews, we ask you to complete two steps. First, we ask you to send us a copy of your identity card/passport and secondly, we ask for proof of the treatment. This proof can be a bank transfer, a letter from your health insurance or a report from the practitioner who treated you. Only if you completed these steps within a two-week period, your review will become fully visible on the platform. If not, your review will be automatically deleted. Your details will not be disclosed at any time. They will only serve to verify the authenticity of the review. More information can be found here.
Always show respect
Negative feedback is welcome, but we ask you to keep your review respectful, without calling names. If you fail to do so, we will contact you personally to inform you that your feedback cannot be put online as it is. You always have the option to adjust and clean up your review. If the rules are still not respected, your review can be censored. The scores you have given to the treatment and to the person who carried it out will stay online. That means that your voice will still be heard after all.
